White synthetic fur busby.
Front: red wool twill triangle inset with large white "A" outlined in black stitching. White plastic visor, on underside imprinted with "Starburst, Ind. Made in U.S.A."
Back: white plastic belt across back with silver buttons at either end and silver buckle in center. Red feather plume on right hand side attached with metal holder. Inside: plastic inside -- white plastic simulated leather laced with white cord forms interior crown.
Label on crown : "Necsinger Uniform Co. Inc" -- and statistics. 1976.
