Description
Wheel-turned; swirled, mixed clay of cream, light brown & reddish brown colors. Light brown paste contains dark particles.* Interior has blue & translucent yellow glaze. Flat base, only slightly upturned; long body expanding to rounded shoulders, then to short, moderately wide neck; rim abruptly expands from neck, then less rapid expansion -- longitude section convex from lip down to definite ridge, then concave to neck on exterior; interior has no definite ridge.

*Particles when examined under microscope appear to be metallic salts which have either vitrified or been reduced during firing temperature. Note same effect on 74-955-30
