Description
Wheel-turned; swirled, mixed clay of blue, brown, cream, and tan colors. Interior has blue speckled translucent yellow glaze. Inverted vase; short, straight; sided body; abrupt, horizontal shoulders; inverted rim with flattened, glazed lip. "Niloak" stamped in art letters on base. Similar to and perhaps corresponds to "Vase WB" illustrated in an 1920 Niloak Pottery Catalog.
