Description
Wheel-turned; swirled, mixed clay of brown, cream, blue, reddish brown and tan. Base of lid broad, flat, with hole in centre of underside over which is hallow knob. Top side has ridge near knob and broad, low knob. No makers' mark. Lid corresponds to the lid of Tobacco Jar 133, in Niloak Pottery Catalog (N.D. p22)
