Description
Woven, split oak basket, oval, with strap handles at each end. Base 2/2 twill weave, sides 1/1 plain weave. Rim finished with horizontal splints held in place with overcast splint stitching. Handles notched to accommodate lashings; small, thickened 'hand holds' in centers.
