Two-press mold with applied lip, transparent brown, base is indented and round, body is cylindrical, shoulders are round, neck is cylindrical, lip is cylindrical and short.
Closure is a cork stopper and present. Has mold marks and an impressed batch mark with "8 (0 in square) 4" on the bottom, and 8 on the back.
Paper label says: "Oil Lavender, Cleuin (?) Lavandulae- U.S.P. Morris Morton Drug Co. Wholesale Druggist & Manufacturing Chemists. Fort Smith."
