Pressed mold, transparent colorless with denitrification, base is oval and indented, body is pharmaceutical, shoulders are sloping, neck is cylindrical, lip is a mong cylindrical with rounded ring.
Closure is made for a stopper which is absent. It has mold marks and an impressed batch mark: a circle with two dots and a 'K.
Label is impressed: Top side says: "3 iii"; left side has an ounce measurement scale; right side has a cubic centimeter measurement scale.
