Thin metal disk with lip stamped toward back. Front of disk covered by paper with printed design - on white background, yellow/orange map of world, with North and South America central; black graduation cap and tassel worn by world, askew toward left.
In black letters; TEACH - descends at lower left of world; -PEACE ascends at lower right.
Paper, and layer of plastic covering it, curl over disk lip, and are held by an inner metal ring which also hold spring wire pin and loop clasp.
