Description
Woven, split oak basket, square base, circular rim, top handle. Base 2/2 twill weave, sides 1/1 plain weave. Rim finished with horizontal splint reinforcements held in place by overcast splint stitching. Handle notched at ends to accommodate lashings; small thickened 'hand hold' in center.
