Description

Light blue ceramic bowl with dark blue design. Exterior: two stylized dragon-like figures with legs, horns, mane, and forked tail. Two designs between dragons. Two pencil-thin lines around top, one around base, two lines on the foot. Interior: two lines around top, stylized dragon-like figure on the bottom surrounded by two lines. Cracked with chip missing. Collected 1968 or 1969. Possibly salvaged from a ship that sank in the Chao Phya River about 400 years ago. 14.7 cm diameter; 7.0 cm height.
