Timed Dose Cap-Cup/Bottle: (1) empty, glass, pressed bottle is cobalt blue and transparent. Square, indented base. Body rectangular, shoulders domed/round; banded neck which reads, "Take next dose;" Short, cylindrical lip/collar cork stopper. Cap: pressed, glass cap, cobalt blue and transparent. Round, indented base; round body with band around middle, top, and bottom; numbers 1 through 12 in relief around collar on top band; bottom band reads, "this cup holds a dose." Adhesive tape on bottle reads, "9-12-67 12200(?)/Greathouse Sul(?)."
