Bottle: (1) empty, glass, two-piece pressed bottle; transparent and cobalt blue. Square, indented base has rounded corner; body square with rounded corners; rounded shoulders; short, cylindrical neck has cylindrical band with printing that reads, "Take Next Dose At 1;" long, cylindrical neck (stopper missing). Impressed mark reads, "{see catalog for diagram, the number 4 has written in a circular manner around it, 'Pat. May 16th 1899.}," Impressed label reads, "John Wyeth & Bros."
