Base round, with rounded edges and is flat, indented; body cylindrical with circular area in center; domed, round shoulders with two opposing raised vertical sections, upper shoulders lower neck; cylindrical neck; flared lip/collar rounded on edge.
Cork stopper has remnant of paper label. Impressed mark reads, "2/34/4/One Pint 475 cc/syrup/No. 39/Ferrous Iodide/U.S.P./contents/dosage/note of caution/trademark/manufacturer."
