Description
Bandman's jacket. Red wool twill jacket, zipper closed with 3 large black snaps. White band twill bound with black soutache down left front edge. White panels extend down from shoulders with red and black U of A bound in black braid. Black passementerid below panel back - large white panel edged with black soutache, large red A in center (upper), red on black felt. Red epaulettes on each shoulder buttoned with silver buttons.
White braided rope under epaulettes. Collar - mandarin (red) with white stripe bound in black soutache - 4 half snaps on inter collar, large hook & eye in front inner collar.
Sleeves: white stripe edged in black soutache runs full length of sleeve.
Lining: black satin, breast pocket right front - lower pocket on left front.
Label: black with gold lettering "DeMoulin Bros. & Co."
